上海田家炳中学创办于1997年，是一所位于上海市静安区的重点中学，面向全国和境外招生。由香港实业家田家炳先生投资兴建，是上海首批民办特色创建学校并荣获“中国社会组织评估等级5A证书”。学校自2006年起开办国际课程，教授美国中学课程和英联邦国家A-Level课程，学校引入优质中外籍师资及国外原版教材，依托本校、香港田家炳基金会、香港数理教育学会、美国启培菲尔德学校以及英国爱德思国家学历学术考试局等高品质教育资源。我们坚信，田苑学子都将成为具有国际视野的创新型人才。
Founded in 1997, Shanghai Tianjiabing Secondary School is a government-honored middle school located in Jing'an District of Shanghai, enrolling students from entire city of shanghai and other countries. Funded and built by Hong Kong industrialist Mr. Tian Jiabing, the school was one of the first privately-run schools in Shanghai, awarded with the "China Social Organization Run Assessment Level 5A Certificate". Since 2006, the school has been conducting international curriculum education for years, which has enrolled more than 200 international students. In order to further set up the Chinese and foreign integrated curriculum, from 2014, the school introduced the American curriculum and AP courses as well as A-Level courses. With the high quality of gold medal curriculum system, our students are endowed with the priority of getting into the best colleges in the world .Based on the brotherhood with the Hong Kong Tian Jiabing Foundation, the Hong Kong Institute of Number Science Academy and the captivating and top-class educational resources elaborated by the school, the AP-A-Level dual curriculum system can better guarantee the enrollment of students to get in the world's first-class universities. The school is running in cooperation with Chapel Field School, the top private boarding school in New York State, USA, to introduce first-class foreign teachers, to provide integration courses between China and the United States, to adopt the original international teaching materials, and to be jointly taught by Chinese and foreign teachers, with the aim of instructing TJBI students to be innovative talents who are intellectual and diligent, noble-minded successors with international perspective.

上海田家炳中学国际部有一支优质的教学团队，外籍教师14人，全部来自英文母语国家并持有国家认证的外国专家证（FEC），平均教龄超过8年，超过90%拥有硕士及以上学历。中国籍教师数十人，100%拥有本科及硕士海外留学背景。学校超优的师生比（1：4）和一流的教学品质，为学子们的升学之路保驾护航。
Shanghai Tianjiabing Secondary School International Curriculum Center has a high-quality facluty team with 14 foreign teachers all from native English-speaking countries, holding the national certification of Foreign Expert Certificate (FEC) , who have average teaching experience of more than 5 years. More than 90% of them have master's degrees or above. There are dozens of Chinese teachers, 6 full-time dorm superintendents. All of our faculty have overseas learning experience for their undergraduate and graduate program. TJBI has an excellent teacher-student ratio (1:4) and the most professional faculty, escorting and leading students to step ahead.

学校引进美高/AP课程以及A-Level课程，依托香港田家炳基金会、香港数理教育学会以及学校精心构建的国际优质教育资源，使AP+A-Level双课程体系更好的对接。学校还开设了微积分、统计学、经济学、心理学等18门AP课程。在打造中外融合课程的同时，学校还提供五十多门供学生自由选择的选修课。如以学生科技素养和创新能力的提升为核心，开设STEM、3D打印、智能机器人、模型制作等动手实践课程，艺体方面，开设高尔夫、橄榄球、网球、街舞、射箭以及艺术设计、扎染、诗歌创作等特色课程，为学生个性特长的发展和综合素养的提升提供了有力的支撑。
The school provides with the American curriculum and AP courses as well as A-Level courses. Such as students' scientific and technological literacy and innovation ability as the core, the establishment of STEM, 3D printing, intelligent robots, model production and other hands-on courses, art, golf, rugby, tennis, hip-hop, archery and art design, dyeing, poetry creation and other characteristics of the curriculum, for the development of students' personality and comprehensive literacy to provide a strong support.

我们在感恩节制作手工曲奇，在圣诞节交换礼物；我们举办慈善音乐会，在工艺WORKSHOP上学习立体裁剪。“天生唱将”歌手大赛、校园文化节、校运会、美食汇、以及各种节日晚会使我们的课余生活变得与众不同；“TJBI行走的课堂”带我们去到科技馆、动植物园、主题公园以及充满文化知识的城市角落——母校的生活让我感到充实快乐。
We made handmade cookies on Thanksgiving. We exchanged gifts for Christmas. We hold charity concerts, and we learn stereoscopic tailoring on craft WORKSHOP. "Born to Sing" singer contests, campus cultural festivals, school sports events, food festivals, and festival evenings make our after-school life different; "TJBI Walking Class" takes us to science and technology museums, moving botanical gardens, theme parks, and culturally knowledgeable corners of the city - my alma mater's life makes me feel full and happy.
